To qualify for a refund:

  1. Photo Evidence: Email us clear photographs of the defect within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. Confirmation: Once we receive and verify the photos, you become eligible to submit a cancellation/refund request at any point within the original 10‑day window.

4. Cancellation & Return Process

  1. Submit Photos (Day 0–5): Send defect images to  help@carbonarc.shop within 5 days of delivery.
  2. Request Cancellation (Day 0–10): After photo verification, email us at  help@carbonarc.shop with:
    • Your order number
    • Brief description of the defect
    • Statement that you wish to cancel and refund
  3. Return Authorization: We will send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
  4. Ship Defective Item: Pack the item securely and ship it back within 3 business days of authorization.
  5. Inspection & Approval: Upon receipt, we’ll inspect your return. If the defect is confirmed, we’ll process your refund.
